Pros

Owners really appreciate their employees. I started on the phones. It can be stressful work, but the supervisors and management were always very supportive. I was promoted to a team lead and eventually a manager. The owners are real pros, the employees know they are appreciated and everyone works hard to keep the company going in the right direction. We have grown every year and business is great. The Sentinel Group is a wonderful company with amazing people and I am lucky to work here.

Cons

I am extremely happy working here and love my job. I never wake up dreading coming to work.

  • The work is goal oriented
  • The people are very driven
  • The atmosphere is laid back, but focused
  • Higher wages than most call centers
  • Good management

Cons

This type of work isn't for just any body you must be dedicated to take call after call.

We chase the media, so the hours go by quickly. Being able to respond to every type of question a customer has, is very challenging but the awesome training and automated call guides really help.
